As New York's first 100 percent USDA-certified organic restaurant, Gusto Grilled Organics sets the bar high. Everything from the furnishings to the forks to the food follows the mantra "good, clean and fair." The tables and chairs are made from reclaimed wood and the menus from recycled paper. It serves thin-crust pizzas, overstuffed empanadas, steak sandwiches and healthy salads - all from organic ingredients. It's a great spot for lunch, when you can sidle up to the counter and order a Fugazza pizza (shredded onions and olive oil; $5.45) and dulce de leche ice cream ($3.95).
